''Peoples Pulse'' organises interaction on traffic
Puducherry, MAR 8 (UNI) ''Peoples Pulse,'' a voluntary organisation headed by retired IAS officer Hemachandran, today organsied an interaction programme with different sections of people and senior police officials to find out ways to imporve the traffic system here.
Several people participated in the programme and gave their suggestions. Superintendent of Police (SP-North) Vijayakumar stressed for the re-introduction of ''spot-fine system.'' Mr Kuppusamy, SP (Traffic), explained several departmental plans to strengthen the traffic systems.
