Magna signs agreement with K lab
Kolkata, Mar 8 (UNI) After having launched consumer goods in the USA and Europe, Magna Industries has signed a joint venture agreement with pharmecutical company K Lab.
Talking to mediapersons here today, Magna Industries Managing Director Satish Bhangar said to synergise the strength of Magna-K lab in entering the growing retail market of the country, it has identified complementary products to be put into this network.
Mr Bhangar informed that Magna identified Humana, a multi-billion dollar company of Germany, to join hands with Magna-K lab.
He said Humana manufactures a wide range of baby food and baby care products and has designed specific products for different age levels of child.
These products would now be launched in India by Magna-K lab, Mr Bhangar added.
