Two policemen injured in clash in Bokaro
Bokaro, Mar 7 (UNI) At least two policemen were injured and several vehicles set ablaze during today's bandh called in protest against yesterday's police manhandling of some dsplaced people in this district.
Police said the incident occurred at sector nine in which two policemen were injured during a clash between police and bandh supporters.
The injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital.
However, no one has been arrested so far.
Yesterday, 12 people, including three Central Industrial Security Forces (CISF) jawans, were injured in a clash at Putkadih area under Balidih police station in the district.
The agitators, mainly the displaced people, were protesting against the construction of a boundry wall in the area.
