Security beefed up near Siddaroodha mutt
Hubli, Mar 7 (UNI) Police have beefed up security at Shri Siddharoodha Mutt here following revelations by suspected terrorists in the COD custody that they planned to blast several places including Tourism sports of the State and the Mutt.
With annual fair beginning today heavy police personnel were posted near the mutt to meet any eventuality.
Police sources said that as thousands of devotees thronging the mutt during the fair special security have been made as a precautionary measure.
