Security beefed up at Siddharoodha Mutt

Hubli, Mar 7 (UNI) Security has been tightened at Shri Siddharoodha Mutt here, after suspected terrorists revealed that they had plans to strike at the Mutt and various tourist spots.

Police said Muhammed Asif, Asadullah, Riyazuddin Asif, Alla Baksh, Shakeel Mali, Yahya Khan Kammukutty, Mohammed Ghouse, who were lodged in Bellary Central Jail, had revaled their terror plans.

With annual fair beginning today, a large number of police personnel were deployed at the site.
