Spice Comm net at Rs 399.91 cr for Oct-Dec 07

New Delhi, Mar 2 (UNI) GSM Mobile telephony company Spice Communications Ltd today said its quarterly net profit for Oct-Dec CY07 stood at Rs 399.91 crore against net loss of Rs 13.88 crore for the corresponding quarter in CY06.

The company's revenue increased 240 per cent at Rs 725.34 crore for the quarter Oct-Dec 07 against Rs 213.34 core in the same period a year ago.

For CY07, the net profit stood at Rs 380.13 crore against the net loss of Rs 24.52 crore for the previous year.

Annual revenue for CY Jan-Dec 2007 registered 77 per cent increase at Rs 1,473.88 crore as compared to Rs 832.35 crore for the last year.
