SRM signs MoU with University of Bristol
Chennai, Mar 1 (UNI) The SRM College of Pharmacy, SRM University, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Centre for Chemometrics, University of Bristol, the UK, for training and exchange programmes in 'chemometrics'.
The MoU was signed on the occasion of the National Science Day, being observed in honour of Sir C V Raman, an SRM University release said today.
The MoU was aimed at developing the applications of chemometrics in the pharmaceutical sector through exchange of students and faculty and undertaking joint research, publications and fellowships apart from training students at the doctoral level.
Prof Dr Richard Brereton, Founder-Director of Centre for Chemometrics, University of Bristol, was present at the MoU signing function.
