Airtel launches ''Budget Alerts'' pack in HP

Shimla, Feb 22 (UNI) Leading telecom major Airtel has announced the launching of ''Budget Alerts'' package for its pre-paid and post-paid customers in Himachal Pradesh.

The package would provide highlights of the Railway Budget and Union Budget, to be presented in the Parliament on February 28 and 29, to its subscribers, a company spokesman said in a release here.

He said in all six to eight alerts would be sent to the Airtel customers about the Railway Budget on February 28 and eight to twelve on Union Railway Budget on February 29.

As of now Airtel was the only telecom service provider in the state that was making this service available to its customers, the spokesman added.
