Punjab assembly Budget session commences of Feb 29

Chandigarh, Feb 13 (UNI) The Budget session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha has been summoned for February 29 by Governor Gen (retd) S F Rodrigues, an official release here today stated.

This will be the fourth session of the 13th Vidhan Sabha which was constituted in March last year following the victory of the SAD-BJP alliance in the assembly polls in February last year.

Earlier the state Cabinet had decided to convene the session on February 25 . However later the date was changed to the last day of the current month.
