Congress delegation meets major party leaders in Nepal
Kathmandu, Feb 13 (UNI) An Indian delegation to Nepal led by Indian National Congress General Secretary and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Digvijay Singh held discussions with major party leaders here today.
The delegation met Minister for Peace and Reconstruction, Ramchandra Poudel and Minister for Home Affairs, Krishna Prasad Sitoula.
The team is also scheduled to meet Maoists and the leaders of the agitating leaders of Terai, besides discussing the present political situation of Nepal.
Other members of the delegation are Veerappa Moily, Dr Shakeel Ahmed and Jiten Prasad.
The team is in Kathmandu at the invitation of Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala.
