Undertrial dies of heart attack in K'taka

Mandya, Feb 11 (UNI) An under trial accused in involvement of sandalwood smuggling and kept in a sub-jail under judicial custody died in the hospital today following cardiac arrest.

Police said Mohammad Khan was arrested recently while he was trying to smuggle sandalwood from Mysore to Bangalore.

This morning he complained of chest pain and he was immediately shifted to government hospital, where he died after some time.
