Hearing in murder, rape cases of Sacha Sauda Chief on Feb 23

Ambala, Feb 2 (UNI) Special CBI Judge R K Saini deferred the hearing in the murder and rape cases of Sacha Sauda Chief Baba Gurmit Ram Rahim till February 23 here today.

The Dera Chief was present in the court.

Baba's counsels Jasmer Singh and Surya Narain pleaded that the records with regard to the case submitted by the CBI to the court, had not been made available to them.

They made mention of some documents already with the court and said that the copies of relevant documents should be supplied to them for study.

The Judge then fixed February 23 as the next date of hearing.
