Two suspected Bangladeshi ultras remanded to police custody
Howrah, Jan 16 (UNI) The Chief Judicial Magistrate court today remanded to 14-day police custody two suspected Bangladeshi ultras, arrested from the No 5 gate of Shalimar here late last night.
Sleuths from state's Detective department arrested the two during a raid and seized a number of maps, CDs and some Defence-related papers.
During interrogation the arrested - Shamil Akhtar and Md Alamgir - had revealed that they had links with ex-military personnel.
The arrested were produced in the court this morning.
