Rooster fight participants arrested in city
Hyderabad, Jan 14 (UNI) The Sleuths of Cyberabad police today arrested 10 people for participating in cock fight, organised on the occasion of Sankranti festival, near Indraprasta colony under LB Nagar police station limits in the city tonight.
Police said, on a tip off, the special teams led by LB Nagar Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Kanta Rao raided the place and arrested ten persons. Eight roosters, Rs 31,000 cash and ten cell phones were seized from the arrested.
A case was registered and investigation was, underway, police added.
