Puravankara to launch Rs 1,200 cr housing project in Chennai
New Delhi, Jan 14 (UNI) Leading Real Estate Developers Puravankara Projects Ltd today said that the company will launch its housing project 'Purva Windermere' at Pallikarnai, Lake District in Chennai with an estimated project cost of over Rs 1,200 crores.
The project is spread over 54 acres of land and will have 2,072 units of 2 and 3 bedroom flats, said a statement.
