Magistrate dismisses Navy petition on Officers

Kochi, Jan 14 (UNI) A local court today dismissed a petition filed by Commandant of Navy, Cochin to handover the three naval officers, who were remanded to judicial custody.

It may be recalled that the officers were remanded to judicial custody, following an attack on the Cochin Harbour Police Station recently. Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate Tom K Jose dismissed the petition.
