HC lawyer files case against Sania for insulting tricolour

Tirupati, Jan 8 (UNI) A High Court advocate has filed a case against Sania Mirza for allegedly ''dishonouring'' the National flag during the Hopman Cup in Australia on January one.

Advocate Kuthumbaka Ramesh had filed the case in the III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate (AJFCM) here under section 200 of CrPC for offences punishable under section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to the National Honour Act, 1971, yesterday.
