Danlaw Tech to dissolve JV with CNA group
New Delhi, Jan 8 (UNI) Software services provider Danlaw Technologies India Ltd (DTIL) today said it will dissolve its joint venture (JV) with CNA Group and another individual, to concentrate on its core competency.
''The company's shares in the JV will be offered to other JV partners,'' DTIL said in a statement.
The company had invested Rs 10 lakh for a 40 per cent share in the JV in 2005.
