Satyam Comp to implement BPM solutions for Ireland's FETAC
New Delhi, Jan 7 (UNI) Hyderabad-based Satyam Computer Services Ltd today said it has bagged a contract from Ireland's Further Education Training and Awards Council (FETAC) to implementation enterprise-class BPM solutions for its core business processes.
''Satyam will use Teamworks, Lombardi's award winning BPM suite to roll out a multi-tiered solution that includes Process Management, Business Intelligence, and Document Management via enhanced security and integration frameworks,'' a company statement said.
The solution will automate several manual processes and provide FETAC with enhanced process visibility and performance, stronger collaboration with business stakeholders, and reduced service cycle times, the statement added.
''Our consulting-led approach enabled us to showcase a solution framework that will enable FETAC to achieve its business goals,'' said Satyam's senior Vice President and head of European operations, Dr Keshab Panda, adding that Lombardi's robust product offering, coupled with the company's execution capabilities, will prove to be a winning combination.
