TDP submits memorandum to Chief Secretary
Hyderabad, Jan 5 (UNI) A delegation led by opposition Telugu Desam Party (TDP) Leader T Devendar Goud today submitted a memorandum to the state Chief Secretary, urging him to disclose the details of the works awarded to contractors for Ellampalli irrigation project.
Talking to newspersons here, Mr Goud alleged that there were several irregularities while awarding the works to the contractors.
The government was not responding to the Opposition's demand that the files on the project be placed before the Assembly Speaker.
He said the TDP would fight until the government disclose the details of the project.
