SP leader's bail plea hearing on Jan 9

Allahabad, Jan 4 (UNI) Former SP MLA from Jhunsi, Allahabad, Vijma Yadav has filed a bail application seeking her release from jail in connection with her involvement in a double murder case.

The HC has fixed January 9 to hear this case.

The court also asked the state government to file its reply in the bail application.

Justice Ravindra Singh passed this order on the bail application moved by Vijma.

According to FIR, on July 10, 2005, two persons Sunil Yadav and Lallan Gupta were murdered at Jhunsi market.

Named FIR was lodged against the applicant and several others under sections 147, 148, 149, 302 and 307 IPC at police station Jhunsi.
