Kerala Congress Aikya Vedi to stage Collectorate march
Kottayam, Jan 3 (UNI) The Kerala Congress Aikya Vedi will organise a march to the Collectorate here on January five to protest the 'anti-people' policies of the Left Democratic Front (LDF) Government in the state.
Talking to newspersons here today, Aikya Vedi leaders K M Mani, R Balakrishna Pillai, T M Jacob and P C George said the increase in prices of essential commodities coupled with LDF's 'anti-people' policies had made the life of the common man more miserable.
They demanded that the Chief Minister should intervene and solve the stalemate in the Devaswom Board.
They said the Kerala Congress would oppose the education policy of the government.
