Constable held for abusing senior police official

Pudukkottai, Jan 3 (UNI) A head constable attached to Jegathapatnam police station in the district was arrested for allegedly abusing a senior police official.

Police today said Kanakaraj, in an inebriated condition, called up the Pudukkottai Special Branch Officer on January one and abused him.

Based on a complaint from another police official attached to the same police station, the police arrested Kanakaraj yesterday.
