Slight earthquake in Gujarat's Junagadh region

New Delhi, Jan 1 (UNI) An earthquake of slight intensity occurred in Junagadh region of Gujarat today, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said here.

It said temblor of 3.5 magnitude on the Richter scale occured at 1634 this afternoon.

The earthquake was epicentred at 21.2 degree North Latitude and 70.6 degree East Longitude, the IMD said.

There were no reports of any casualty or damage to property from anywhere.
