Godrej signs Definitive Agreement with RFCL

Mumbai, Jan 1 (UNI) Godrej Industries has signed a Definitive Agreement with RFCL to transfer the Medical Diagnostics business as a going concern effective close of working hours on December 31, 2007.

This sale was approved by the Board of Directors, subject to shareholders' approval, on November 26, 2007,the Company informed BSE.

The Company said the shareholders of the Company had approved the sale at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on December 28, 2007.
