IAEA head unable to meet N Korea nuclear envoy
Tokyo, Mar 14: The head of the UN nuclear watchdog on a visit to Pyongyang was unable to meet with North Korea's top nuclear negotiator today and held talks with another vice foreign minister instead, Kyodo news agency reported.
Mohamed ElBaradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, had been expected to meet North Korean Vice Foreign Minister Kim Kye-gwan in the morning, Kyodo quoted an IAEA spokeswoman as saying.
