Koda govt to seek vote of confidence on Sept 20
Ranchi, Sept 18: The UPA-backed Madhu Koda government will seek the vote of confidence on September 20.
According to the Constitution, Governor Syed Sibtey Razi could appoint anybody to work as an officiating Speaker. Hence Mr P K Balmuchu will be the officiating Speaker.
Advocate General A K Sinha resigned on September 15. The Cabinet has decided to appoint Mr S B Garodia the new Advocate General for the Jharkhand government.
The government today took these three important decisions in its first Cabinet meeting.
