Vijayawada, June 4: The Andhra Pradesh unit of the Congress party would abide the decision taken by the Congress President Sonia Gandhi on separate Telangana state, APCC president K Kesava Rao said today.

Addressing a press conference here, Mr Rao said the party had already made its stand clear on the issue and there was no change in it.

Mr Rao, who was here to attend the party's mini-plenary, said the BJP has no right to talk about Telangana issue.

Though the BJP had passed a resolution for separate Telangana on the slogan ''one vote two states'', their leaders have been saying that they were committed to a united Andhra Pradesh, on earlier occasions, he charged.

He criticised the BJP for changing its stand and making contradictory statements on Telangana.
