These offices are located on the first floor of the building, covering a total of 13,546 sq ft, with the sale registered on July 9, 2025.
The Roshans had also made a similar investment earlier - in September 2024, their company acquired five office units on the fifth floor of the same property for ₹37.75 crore, spanning 17,389 sq ft of carpet area. They paid a stamp duty of ₹2.26 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000 for the transaction.
Starlink's Expansion Plans in India
Starlink is rapidly scaling up its presence in India as it prepares to launch its satellite internet services in the country. According to media reports, the company is planning to set up nine gateway earth stations across major Indian cities, including Mumbai, Noida, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Lucknow.
The firm has also applied for 600 Gbps satellite capacity under its Gen 1 constellation, with provisional spectrum allocation for security compliance demonstrations.
