Ramban bus accident: Another dies; death toll rises to 18

Omesh, resident of Bihar, died during treatment this morning at the Government Medical College (GMC) hospital, a police officer at the GMC police post said.
He was among the 17 critically injured passengers who had been airlifted from Ramban to GMC hospital.
The bus, which was carrying passengers from Gujarat, Bihar, Punjab, Haryana and Jharkhand and was heading to Srinagar from Jammu, skidded off the road and rolled down into over 400-feet deep gorge at Digdol area yesterday.
Meanwhile, in another accident, two persons were killed and seven others injured when a vehicle skidded of the road and rolled down into a gorge in Mendhar belt of Poonch district late last night, police said.
The injured have been hospitalised, they said.
