He added, "#RiyanParag becomes the first Assamese male cricketer to play for India. Proud moment; may he reach the pinnacle of sporting glory."

Riyan Parag's Journey

Riyan Parag has been a significant player in domestic cricket, representing Assam since 2017. He has also been part of the Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League since 2018. His inclusion in the Indian national squad for the Zimbabwe tour was announced last month.
