Yograj Singh Blames MS Dhoni For Destroying Yuvraj Singh's Career, Says His Left-Hander Deserves Bharat Ratna
Yograj Singh, father of ex-India cricketer Yuvraj Singh, has once again criticised MS Dhoni. Yograj, who played seven matches for India, often blames Dhoni for ruining Yuvraj's career. His latest remarks have gone viral on social media.
"I won't forgive MS Dhoni. He should look at his face in the mirror. He is a very big cricketer, but what he has done against my son, everything is coming out now; it can never be forgiven in life. I have never done two things in life - first, I have never forgiven anybody who has done wrong for me, and second, I have never hugged them in my life, be it my family members or my kids," Yograj said on a YouTube podcast.

He added that Yuvraj Singh, who powered Indian to clinch 2007 T20 World Cup while battling cancer, deserves Bharat Ratna.
Dhoni retired from international cricket in August 2020 but remains active in the IPL. However, his future with Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is uncertain as there's no clarity on whether he will play next season.
Yograj's Previous Criticisms
This isn't the first time Yograj has targeted Dhoni directly. Earlier this year, the 66-year-old claimed that CSK lost IPL 2024 due to Dhoni's bad deeds. He also accused Dhoni of being "jealous" of Yuvraj.
"CSK lost IPL 2024. Why did they lose? It's whatever you sow, so shall you reap. Yuvraj Singh is the ICC Ambassador, hats off to him! And this jealous Dhoni, where is he? He didn't even shake hands with Yuvraj, and that is the reason why CSK failed this year," Yograj had claimed in a viral video.
Despite these accusations, Dhoni continues to be a significant figure in Indian cricket. His contributions to the sport are widely recognised and celebrated by fans and peers alike.
The ongoing tension between Yograj and Dhoni adds another layer to their complex relationship. While Yograj's comments stir controversy, they also highlight the emotional stakes involved in cricket careers.
As the cricket world watches closely, it remains to be seen how these public statements will impact both Dhoni and Yuvraj's legacies. The drama surrounding these figures keeps fans engaged and discussions lively.
