Women's Premier League (WPL 2024) Full Schedule: Here's All You Need To Know

The stage is all set for the second edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL 2024) which will begin on February 23, 2024. After the huge success of the Women's Premier League (WPL), the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) decided to organize the second edition of the women's franchise cricket and spread its wings across the country. Last year, all matches of the Women's Premier League (WPL) were held in Mumbai, but this year, Women's Premier League (WPL 2024) matches will be played in Delhi and Bengaluru.

The opening match will be played between last edition's finalists Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswamy stadium.

For the unversed, there are five franchise women's teams namely Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Delhi Capitals, UP Warriors, and Gujarat Giants.

A total of 22 matches will be played between WPL teams and the final has been scheduled for March 17. Notably, all matches of the Women's Premier League (WPL 2024) will be played at 7:30 PM (IST), and the toss will take place 30 mins before the start.

Cricket lovers have a craze for WPL equal to IPL. The winner's trophy for the Women's Premier League (WPL) first edition was cliched by Harmanpreet Kaur-led Mumbai Indians and this time, other teams are eye to bag the title.
