Watch: IPL's New Pacer With Bumrah-Like Orthodox Action

Indian Premier League aka IPL is known for producing world-class talent and providing them the right platform to prove their metal. Franchise teams, coaches, and senior players discovered several young talented players in the past, who have now become popular among cricket fans for their gigantic and heart-winning performances. The cash-rich league also became the biggest platform for players to gain the limelight and knock on the doors of the national side.

A video of young pacer Mukesh Kumar is doing round the internet impressed everyone as Mukesh can be seen bowling in Bumrah-like orthodox action. Mukesh's bowling action was so similar to ace Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah, that it left social media stunned.

A social media user said "It looks like he has replicated Bumrah with AI. Amazing (Gazab) similarities." Another user said the franchise team made a clone of Jasprit Bumrah and practicing to face him.

However, a few users said that he can copy the action but speed, line, and length and the senior pacer's experience of bowling death overs can not be copied.

Reports suggest that Mukesh Kumar is now associated with the Royal Challengers Bengaluru as their net bowler. He was earlier a part of the Gujarat Titans in 2022.

RCB in IPL 2024:

IPL 2024 has not been a very good season for the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) as the team lost 7 out of 10 matches, till now. Despite having big names like Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Mohammed Siraj, and several other national and international players, RCB could not perform up to the mark.
