Virat Kohli Expresses Solidarity With Indian Army As Indo-Pak Tensions Flare Up: 'We Are Forever...'
Star Indian batter Virat Kohli has shared a heartfelt message in support of the Indian Army amid rising military tensions between India and Pakistan, expressing solidarity and extending his deep gratitude to the armed forces.
On the night of May 8-9, Pakistan's military reportedly carried out multiple attacks using drones and other weapons along the entire western border, all of which were successfully repelled by the Indian Army.

In light of the escalating conflict, the Indian Premier League was suspended on Friday, with a BCCI official stating that it would be inappropriate to continue the tournament under the present circumstances.
Taking to Instagram, Kohli wrote: "We stand in solidarity with and salute our armed forces for fiercely protecting our country in these difficult times. We are forever indebted to our heroes for their unwavering bravery and heartfelt gratitude for the sacrifices they and their families make for our great nation. Jai Hind."
Meanwhile, the Indian Army reported several ceasefire violations by Pakistani forces along the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir. In a morning post on X, the Army shared a video, vowing to respond with force to any hostile action.
Uncertainty had already surrounded the remainder of IPL 2025 following the abrupt cancellation of Thursday's match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Dharamsala, which was halted midway due to air raid alerts in nearby Jammu and Pathankot.
Virat Kohli was scheduled to play in Royal Challengers Bengaluru's match against Lucknow Super Giants on Friday evening, but the fixture has now been cancelled, along with the rest of the tournament for the time being.
With the tournament suspended indefinitely, the BCCI is expected to consider rescheduling the remaining matches at a later date, pending the de-escalation of the ongoing conflict.
