Vinod Kambli Receives Lifetime Free Treatment From Hospital Amid Health Struggles
Former Indian cricketer Vinod Kambli is currently facing serious health concerns, as doctors confirmed that he has clots in his brain. Kambli was admitted to Akruti Hospital in Bhiwandi, Thane district, following a decline in his health over the weekend. His condition worsened due to complaints of urinary infection and cramps. After conducting a series of tests, medical professionals diagnosed him with brain clots, which are being closely monitored. Additional examinations are scheduled for Tuesday to further assess his health.
A Heartfelt Gesture: Lifetime Free Treatment from Hospital

In a compassionate gesture, the hospital has announced that it will offer Kambli free treatment for life. S. Singh, the in-charge of the hospital, expressed their commitment to providing ongoing support to the cricketer during his recovery. This offer will ensure that Kambli receives the necessary medical care as he continues to battle health challenges.
Support from Cricket Legends Amidst Health Struggles
Vinod Kambli, now 52, has faced several health setbacks in recent years, including undergoing two heart surgeries in 2013 with the financial help of his childhood friend and cricket legend, Sachin Tendulkar. The cricketer's health deteriorated further, and concerns were raised by notable figures in the cricket world, including Kapil Dev and Sunil Gavaskar. Both have expressed their support for Kambli and suggested that he may benefit from rehabilitation.
Earlier this month, Kambli made a public appearance at an event honoring his late childhood coach, Ramakant Achrekar, where he seemed visibly unwell. In an interview, Kambli candidly revealed that he had collapsed a month ago due to dizziness, which left him struggling to stand until his son, wife, and daughter helped him. He sought treatment at three different hospitals for the same.
Hope for Recovery and Continued Support
Despite his ongoing health battles, Kambli remains hopeful, with doctors closely monitoring his condition. Fans across India and the cricket community continue to rally behind him, hoping for a swift recovery.
