Security Breach During India Vs Aus Match As Man Enters Field To Meet Kohli With 'Free Palestine' Message
In a major security breach, a fan entered the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium in Ahmedabad during the India vs Australia final match.
The fan entered the field to meet Virat Kohli and hugged the run machine before security officers took him out of the ground.

He has been detained by the authorities. The incident occurred during the 14th over.
A user said, "This suddenly reminds of the threat which Pannu has given about the blast he will do in this same stadium in the World Cup finals. This is totally not acceptable. Huge security breach."

However, the t-shirt which the man wore had a message: Free Palestine. Hence, some netizens are pointing out that he was not a Kohli fan rather a Palestine sympathiser who wanted to bring the world's attention towards Israel vs Hamas war.

"This guy is not an Indian and definitely not a cricket fan. 😠😠 No genuine cric fan will go to this level and disturb the player in such a crucial time. Change your headline," a user responded to the incident.
The war broke out in the Gaza Strip after Palestinian militant group Hamas went on a rampage in Israel on October 7, killing at least 1,200 people and kidnapping 240 others.
It has to be noted that Khalistani leader Gurpatwant Singh Pannun has issued a threat to the World Cup match.

Nonetheless, Ahmedabad City police commissioner Gyanender Singh Malik on Saturday said that adequate security has been provided to the stadium.
Speaking to media, he said nearly 6,000 police personnel besides paramilitary force will be deployed for the final match.
