Aarka Sports was responsible for paying the franchise fee and sharing profits according to the specified agreement. However, all the outlined terms and conditions were allegedly breached. They initiated the establishment of academies without Mr. Dhoni's awareness and failed to fulfill any payments. Additionally, the authority letter granted to them was revoked on August 15, 2021, as per his statement.

Despite this, as per MS Dhoni's lawyer Dayanand Singh, they persisted in establishing cricket academies and sports complexes using Dhoni's name without sharing any funds or information with him.

Through his legal representative, MS Dhoni asserted that the firm breached the agreement terms, resulting in a loss of over ₹15 crore for him.
