RCB IPL 2024 Schedule: Faf Du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) looks really strong on papers for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League aka IPL 2024. The Bangalore franchise will put their best to clinch the title this year, and end the 16-year drought.

As per the IPL 2024 schedule shared by the BCCI, the Royal Challengers Bangalore will start their run with an inaugural clash against the Chennai Super Kings at their home ground, MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

RCB has added six new faces to the side expecting them to deliver big.

According to the schedule, RCB will play 5 matches in the first 17 days of the enthralling tournament. RCB will play against CSK on March 22 in Chennai's MA Chidambaram Stadium, against Punjab Kings (formerly known as Kings XI Punjab) on March 25 at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswammy Stadium, against Kolkata Knight Riders on March 29 at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswammy Stadium, against Lucknow Super Giants on April 2 at Bengaluru's M Chinnaswammy Stadium, and verses Rajasthan Royals on April 6 at Jaipur's Sawai Maan Singh Stadium.

During the IPL 2024 mini-auction, RCB added Alzarri Joseph (Rs. 11.50 crore), Yash Dayal (Rs. 5 crore), Tom Curran (Rs. 1.5 crore), Lockie Ferguson (Rs. 2 crore), Swapnil Singh (Rs. 20 lakh), Saurav Chauhan (Rs. 20 lakh) to its kitty.
