KL Rahul Is World's One Of Best Middle Order Batsman, Says Ex Pakistan Captain Ahead Of Champions Trophy 2025

Ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025, which will be hosted by Pakistan, former Pakistan players are making every possible effort for the upliftment of sport in their country and welcoming the Indian cricket team and its star players with open arms. Former Pakistan cricketers have been praising Indian stars namely Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah and others for their high standard of cricket and inviting them across the border for more enthralling cricket contests between India and Pakistan.

Recently, during a cricket analysis show, former captains of Pakistan Wasim Akram and Shoaib Malik praised Indian wicketkeeper-batsman KL Rahul. Calling him the world's one of the best batter in the middle order, Wasim Akram said, "KL Rahul is the Best Middle-order batsman in the World right now in any format."

Sohaib Malik continued the praise adding he is bigger than H Klassen or any other star. "If you compare others with KL Rahul playing at number 5, India has the best middle order batter who can play in sort of condition.

Recently, some media reports claimed that KL Rahul could be dropped from the team as he failed to perform against Sri Lanka. He got a chance in the second ODI but went back to the pavilion without even opening his account.

However, the Kannadiga star doesn't need to prove his mettle as he has won numerous matches for Team India in the past.
