Ind Vs SA 2nd Test LIVE Weather Report: Check Chances Of Rain, Bad Weather At Cape Town

Rohit Sharma and men have geared up to battle against South Africa in the must-win match of the two-test series. The Proteas handed over a humiliating defeat to the visitor at the Centurion by an inning and 32 runs to take the first lead. With poor performances in all three aspects of the game- batting, bowling, and fielding, Team India is under pressure right now. Though the team is studded with experienced stars who have the metal to beat any side in the world, but facing Africa's young and fiery pacers is not going to be so easy.

Notably, Team India never won a test series in the Rainbow Nation, and after losing the Centurion test hopes to rewrite the history vanished away. Now team India can only level the series to share the honors, or it would go in the favour of Temba Bavuma and boy.

Ind Vs SA 2nd Test LIVE Weather Report: Check Chance Of Rain At Cape Town

Cricket fans are also praying to the rain god to allow a good match as there are 41% chances of rain on day 4, predicted by the weather monitoring agency. However, the sky will be clear on Days 1,2, and 3 with only 5 % maximum chances of downpour.

Skipper Rohit Sharma is expected to make some significant changes in the team. The reports suggest that R Ashwin is likely to be replaced by Ravindra Jadeja, who is set to make a comeback after a knee injury. Also, there are strong chances that pacer Prasidh Krishna will get another chance in the second match.

It was expected that Rohit Sharma may give a chance to Mukesh Kumar instead of Prasidh Krishna but he cleared the air in the pre-match conference saying "Like I said in the last post-match press conference (in Centurion) about Prasidh (Krishna) playing his first game, we all get nervous when you are playing your first game. It's understandable, but I thought, and I'll still back that thought of mine, that he's got a good ability to succeed at this level and especially in this format. So it's just about showing faith and trust in everyone and getting the job done from them," Rohit said at the pre-match press conference.
