Happy Birthday Shikhar Dhawan: Netizens Extend Wishes As Cricketer Turns 38

Former Indian opener Shikhar Dhawan turned 38 on Tuesday, December 5. Along with the Indian cricket fraternity, his fans from around the world extended their love and wishes to the cricketer through social media posts. Shikhar Dhawan is also known as Gabbar among fans for his macho and aggressive style and big round mustache. Thumping the thighs after every catch is also Shikhar Dhawan's signature style.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) joined the chorus of well-wishers by extending its greetings to former Indian cricketers. In a tweet, BCCI highlighted Shikhar Dhawan's career stating "269 international matches, 10,867 runs, Champions Trophy 2013 winner. Here's wishing @SDhawan25 a very Happy Birthday!"

Cricketer KL Rahul too wished Shikhar Dhawan by sharing a picture on Instagram. In his Insta story, Rahul uploaded a photograph, in which, the Gabbar can be seen clicking a selfie.

IPL franchise Punjab Kings to wished its captain on X (Twitter) and asked for a grand celebration.
