Did Jailed Conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar Gift Jacqueline Fernandez A Rs 30 Crore Helicopter On Valentine’s Day?

A fresh controversy surfaced on Valentine's Day after alleged conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar, currently lodged in Delhi's Mandoli jail, claimed he had arranged an extravagant gift for actor Jacqueline Fernandez.

The claim came through another handwritten letter sent from prison, where he also expressed his feelings for the actor.

Letter From Jail Mentions Lavish Present

Sukesh, arrested in a Rs 200-crore money-laundering case, said he had organised a high-end present for Jacqueline and once again addressed her as his "botta bomma" (beautiful doll), a nickname he has used repeatedly in past letters.

"Baby, I've arranged a special gift that befits the queen you are," he wrote, adding that the present was a customised Airbus H-Series helicopter valued at nearly Rs 30 crore.

He stated the helicopter was specially designed with interiors carrying the initials "JF". Sukesh also claimed the aircraft was meant to complement other luxury possessions such as a yacht and a jet which he says he had earlier gifted her.

Understanding The Airbus H-Series Range

The Airbus H-Series includes helicopters across different price segments. The single-engine H125 is priced at roughly $3 million, about Rs 27.17 crore. On the higher side, the H225 can cost more than $30 million. Other variants include the H135 at around $6 million, the H145 close to $12 million and the H160 that typically ranges between $14 million and $20 million depending on customisation.

Emotional Message On Valentine's Day

The note also contained a long emotional message describing separation and longing.

"As the world bathes in the Soft Glow of Valentine's Day, it feels incomplete without you beside me. My heart aches with an intensity that words can scarcely capture. Every heartbeat of mine Especially today, reminds me of the distance between us and every breath carries your name."

He further wrote, "Here I am separated from you by these cold walls, iron cars, missing you like a man lost in the desert. Every moment without your radiant smile, your gentle touch, your laughter, echoes like music in my dreams. Baby, I miss you in ways words struggle to explain."

Sukesh added he wished to hold her and whisper to her "under a canopy of stars," and concluded, "No matter what hits us, nothing can or could break our love for each other."

Jacqueline Fernandez Has Denied Links

Sukesh has previously sent similar letters on occasions such as New Year, repeatedly speaking about their alleged relationship.

Jacqueline Fernandez, however, has maintained she is not involved in the financial crime case linked to him. Her legal team has earlier clarified that she has no connection with the money-laundering investigation. As of now, the actor has not publicly reacted to his latest claims about the helicopter.
