Now, a new controversy has broken out over Australian captain Pat Cummins and Glenn Maxwell 'liking' derogatory post on India.

An Australian media page published a disparaging post titled 'South Australian Man Gives Birth To World Record 11 Sons,' directed at Team India. This post was 'liked' by Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell and former captain Aaron Finch.

However, they 'disliked' it following the controversy.

In the World Cup final, India, which was favourites to win the trophy, scored 240 runs in 50 overs. The Australian team chased the target with six wickets in hand.

Marsh's brilliant 137 runs and Marnus Labuschagne's 58 helped the Aussies to lift the trophy.
