IPL Schedule 2024, CSK Vs RCB In IPL 2024 Opener: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday shared a partial schedule for the upcoming edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). The cricket governing body has shared the schedule for only the first 17 days, from March 22 to April 7.

As per the schedule, the IPL 2024 opener match will be held between defending champions Chennai Super Kings-led by MS Dhoni, and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), which comprises star cricketer Virat Kohli. CSK vs RCB will be held at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on March 22.

Another highly anticipated match of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) will be played between the Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians in Ahmedabad on March 24.

This clash will be particularly intriguing as it pits Gujarat Titans against their former captain, Hardik Pandya, who now represents Mumbai Indians.

According to the reports, the cricket governing body is likely to conduct the rest of the matches after the Lok Sabha election 2024, as heavy security arrangements are needed to cater both the big events. Notably, the Delhi Capitals will play all its matches outside the home ground as the battlefield of the national capital is open for elections first.
