Chennai Super Kings Star MS Dhoni Launches First 7Padel Centre

MS Dhoni, the former captain of India's cricket team, has inaugurated his first padel centre, 7Padel, in Chennai. This city holds a special place in his heart both personally and professionally. The facility is located on East Coast Road in Palavakkam, near Alphabet School on MGR Salai. Spanning 20,000 square feet, it adds to Chennai's sports and wellness offerings.

The centre boasts three padel courts, a pickleball court, a swimming pool, a gym, a recovery room, a cafe, and a sauna. It aims to merge sport with fitness and community spirit. Open to athletes, amateurs, and families alike, it focuses on inclusivity and accessibility for all.

Dhoni's Vision for 7Padel

Padel is a racquet sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It has gained popularity worldwide due to its fast pace and fun nature. Through 7Padel, Dhoni hopes to promote active play and social interaction among people of all ages.

"Chennai has always been special to me. The city has given me so much on and off the field," Dhoni expressed during the launch. "It feels only right to launch my first padel centre here." His words reflect his deep connection with the city.
