Anjali Tendulkar, wife of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, has purchased a flat in Virar for ₹32 lakh. According to property registration documents accessed via Zapkey.com, the compact apartment is located in Peninsula Heights and spans 391 sq ft.

The flat, situated on the third floor of the building, was registered on May 30. Anjali paid ₹1.92 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration charges.

In Mumbai's property market, a 391 sq ft apartment is typically classified as a studio or 1 RK. Such homes are often acquired for investment or rental purposes.

Virar, which falls under the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), continues to attract buyers with property rates ranging from ₹6,000 to ₹9,000 per sq ft, depending on location and amenities.
