Booing CM: JMM-BJP clash in Ranchi, Union minister shown black flag

Nobody was however injured in the clash.
The angry JMM supporters threatened for more violence to protest the booing of their chief minister. They also showed black flag to Union minister Narendra Tomar at Ranchi airport as a mark of protest.
The protest is the latest development in the ongoing row over booing chief ministers who share stage with the prime minister at public events.
Both the JMM and BJP accused each other of starting the violence
The Opposition parties accused the BJP of organizing the ‘conspiracy' against the chief minister while the BJP said it was a reflection of the people's anger against their respective governments.
Congress Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupinder Singh Hooda was also booed at a rally in his state while he shared the stage with the prime minister. Another Congress chief minister, Prithviraj Chavan, refused to share the stage with Modi in his state Maharashtra fearing a similar reaction.
