Pune Weather Report: IMD Predicts Light To Moderate Rain In Pune For Next 4 To 5 Days

Pune Weather Report: According to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Maharashtra's Pune city is likely to witness light to moderate rains for the next couple of days. The weather monitoring department has predicted dense clouds cover over the city accompanied by rain and lightning.

According to experts, a low-pressure area has now dissipated from south Gujarat to north Kerala coast, which will result in rain in most places in central Maharashtra for the next 4 to 5 days. Maharashtra's Vidarbha is also expected to see light rain for the next two days.

On Sunday, August 11, 2024, Pune will see a 22.33 °C minimum and maximum temperature of 28.38 °C. The humidity is likely to be around 66%.

On Saturday, August 10, 2024, Pune witnessed a temperature of 27.14 °C. The day's temperature was between 22.21 °C and 28.88 °C, respectively. The humidity level was recorded at 71% and the wind speed was above 72 km/h.

Following continuous rains, Pune's air quality was marked under the "Good" category and today's Air Quality Index (AQI) stands at 11.0. The environment is good for regular physical outdoor activities and workouts.

Some areas of Pune have been facing flood-like situations as continuous rain has blocked the drainage and sewage system of the city. Heavy waterlogging was reported from several areas of Pune, and authorities are making every possible effort to make the situation normal.
