Pune Crime: Mentally Disabled Minor Physically Abused In Hadapsar
Pune Crime: A mentally disabled girl who was playing outside her home was reportedly physically abused on Monday. According to the reports, the minor was lured with promises of snacks and chocolate by an individual who then physically abused her. This tragic event occurred in the Hadapsar area.
The Hadapsar police have charged a man named Rajnath, aged 37, under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the POCSO Act. The girl's mother has lodged a formal complaint regarding this matter.

According to law enforcement, the girl was approached while she was playing near her residence. The accused took her to an isolated spot under the pretense of buying her treats. There, he committed the abuse and recorded the act on video. He also threatened her to keep silent about the incident.
